Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about how ReviewForge works, what it costs, and what happens to your data.

How do AI responses work?
ReviewForge's AI drafts personalized responses to every new review in your brand voice. You can approve each response, edit it before it goes out, or set your account to auto-publish on a schedule you control. The more reviews you respond to, the better the AI learns your voice.
Which integrations are supported?
ReviewForge connects to Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, and 50+ other review sites. Stripe handles all billing, and Postmark delivers transactional email including weekly reputation digests.
Where does the review data come from?
All review data is retrieved through official platform APIs such as the Google Business Profile API. We do not scrape reviews, so you get the same data the platforms themselves see, in near real time.
Who owns the data?
You do. Every review, response, piece of private feedback, and analytics record belongs to your business. You can export it at any time, and we delete it from our systems within 30 days of cancellation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. ReviewForge is month-to-month with no contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel from the billing tab in your dashboard, and your access stays active through the end of the paid period.
Does it support multi-location businesses?
Starter covers 1 location. Pro covers up to 5 locations with a single dashboard and per-location AI voice tuning. Enterprise is custom-priced for 6+ locations, including role-based permissions and consolidated reporting.
What is the support SLA?
Starter includes email support with a next-business-day response. Pro adds a 4-hour business-hours response SLA, priority routing, and a named onboarding contact for the first 30 days.
How does pricing work?
Starter is $49/mo for 1 location and Pro is $99/mo for up to 5 locations. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. Annual billing is 20% off and billed once a year.
